This minor update introduces changes for Authlete 2.3.
This new version is available from August 27th (Thu).

## SBOM generation

Added capability to sign and attest released images in the production registry.

## Cache consistency improvements

Added sanity checks in order to ensure cached clients, access tokens and JWTs all hold basic information, and return `null` otherwise.
