This minor update introduces changes for the Authlete IdP.
This new version was made available on October 2nd (Thu).

## API improvements

* Updated `POST /api/allowlist` API to validate scope max length according to DB requirements
* Added functionality to retrieve available API servers through the `GET api/apiserver` endpoint using an organization token

## Audit logs improvements

* Improved logging for service creation API calls
* Updated UI to filter audit logs by type
